The idea for Midwest Juicery came about in August of 2015. After I had been following a low sugar, nutrient dense focused diet for years, I noticed there weren't any juice brands on the market that catered to that audience, an audience I knew was growing rapidly.
After many months of product development, we landed on our original recipes that were designed to be delicious, vegetable forward, and much lower in natural sugar than any other juice brand.
This mission of ours, to help you enjoy being healthier by crafting delicious, Certified Organic, cold-pressed juices without the unnecessary high natural sugar found in other premium juices, has been what we pride ourselves on. It's what truly differentiates ourselves from the juice market.
All of our marketing efforts have been to communicate this value and why it's important. Low sugar in juice form is extremely important as studies have shown that fruit forward juices can have some negative consequences. Not to mention, fruits have much lower quantities of some of the essential vitamins and nutrients compared to fruit. These include Vitamin A, potassium, calcium, iron, and magnesium.
We're always looking to partner with people who share similar values to help educate people on the importance of vegetables and low natural sugar in juices.
We are beyond excited to announce that Midwest Juicery has become the first and only, Whole30 Approved juice line!
The Whole30 has been changing lives since2009, when co-founder Melissa Urban blogged about a 30-day dietary experiment that transformed her health, habits, and emotional relationship with food.
Since then, millions of people have changed their lives* with the Whole30 program; eliminating cravings, improving energy and sleep, reporting an improvement in allergies, anxiety, chronic pain, digestive issues, skin conditions; and losing weight healthfully and sustainably.
A core tenant of Whole30 is minimizing your overall sugar intake. When we reached out to Melissa Urban, Founder of Whole30, and the Whole30 team, they were hesitant because of the high amounts of apples in juices they were so used to seeing.
After sending them samples and sharing our formulas, they immediately saw that Midwest Juicery was different. Our products are delicious balanced and not sweet. But what was also resonated with them was our mission that focuses on low natural sugar.
This prestigious certification that will instantly give credibility and communicate to customers that we are different. Even for those who don't follow the diet, the certification carries much weight with shoppers, telling them that our juice is low sugar, nutrient dense, and high quality.
We are truly honored and humbled. We will continue on our mission to help you enjoy being healthier. And of course, without the unnecessarily high natural sugar found in other premium juices.

]]>Back in June of 2022, Midwest Juicery was proud to launch an innovation in the juice category. 2 Week Tonic was our entry into the functional shot market. The market is full of 2oz bottles that are an easy, grab and go drink to conveniently consume more ginger and turmeric.
And rightfully so, as a great way to support your immune health and help fight inflammation. They are both powerhouses and they should be a staple in everyone’s diet. Inflammation is the cause of many preventable illness, and we were delighted to see it grow in popularity.
At Midwest Juicery, we are not a company who makes similar products and preach that we are the best. We innovate. We dare to go where others won’t. We learn by trying.
The little 2oz bottles retail for $4 and they waste a lot of plastic. Although the bottles are recyclable, it didn’t feel right with our Zero Waste Policy. If we can do something about our environmental impact while maintaining our quality and value, we will. That’s why we launched 2 Week Tonic. It offers customers 12 shots in a 12oz bottle.
The feedback has been great. Customers constantly told us how much better they felt by not wasting all that plastic. Not to mention, the savings in today's inflationary economy. 2 Week Tonic saves customers over 75% per shot. We’re so proud of this launch.
As we mentioned above, you learn by trying. And while we love the product, we thought it could use a better name, and a better look.
12 Shots: This new branding and packaging will allow us to share our product, story, and value more clearly with our customers. Because customers are so used to the 2oz bottles to get their shot in, we wanted to come up with something more clear.
12 Shots in a 12oz bottle. Simple, nutritious, sustainable, and huge savings we all love. Cause let’s be honest, who doesn’t love to save money on a great product.
We’re so excited to launch the beautiful new packaging. Enjoy being healthier… for less!
]]>When time is tight, being healthy can be difficult. So I’m always looking for quick and easy ways to eat and drink healthy, specifically when it’s a busy day or week. I’m going to share with you some of my quick and easy tips to eat and drink healthy.
Keep the Bad Foods Out of the House:
Because time is so precious, I like to plan in advance to avoid making bad eating decisions. When the time crunch comes, it’s harder to think through your food decisions. When the kids need to get to school or practice, or you’re late for work, it’s much easier to eat whatever is available to get some calories in and a quick burst of energy. But that quick burst comes at a cost: usually a sudden crash, insulin spike, or a quickly returning appetite because you didn’t eat something nourishing. So keep it out of the house entirely and you won’t have the option in the first place.
Plan for the Time Crunches:
Now I woke up late, or I have back to back meetings at work. I’ve started to avoid bad snacks that are at home. Instead of grabbing something unhealthy on your way to your destination, or having a co-worker grab you whatever they’re getting, keep a good stash of healthy snacks or meals that are quick and easy. Whatever you choose, make sure you choose something that 1) you really enjoy to avoid the temptation of something not as nutritious, and 2) fits your lifestyle.
I drive a lot for work and rarely have access to heating up a meal. So my personal favorites are:
Perfect Bars – Full meal bars, full of healthy fats and protein.
Simple Mills – Almond flour crackers that are low in sugar, and absolutely delicious.
Veggies and Fruit – I love to keep some bananas, avocados, carrots, broccoli florets, and celery on hand. Lots of fiber and delicious.
Midwest Juicery – Our juices are packed with vegetables and just enough fruit to create a delicious, balanced flavor. This gets you 4 servings of veggies and fruit per bottle, and keeps our sugar 40% below all other juices.
Subscribe and save to keep Midwest Juicery at your house. Never miss your veggies. All subscription orders receive 10% off.
Conclusion:
At the end of the day, the goal should be that being healthy is a part of your routine. It’s just what you do every day without thinking of it as work. Getting into the habit of avoiding bad food, keep healthy options on hand that you’re excited to eat or drink, and getting in exercise on a regular basis will surely help! And don’t forgot to get your rest in. I never miss that part.
]]>Did you know the USDA published its first dietary recommendation in 1894? It was a Farmer’s Bulletin written in 1894 by W.O. Atwater, the first director of the Office of Experiment Stations in USDA. At the time, Specific minerals and vitamins had not been identified at that time.
However, what you may not have known is that the amount they recommend is not the amount you need for optimal health. And that’s understandable because everyone’s body, lifestyle, and other factors vary substantially. The recommendation is the “minimum levels required to prevent nutritional deficiencies such as scurvy and beriberi.”
Since then, it has continued to update its recommendation based on current research. In 1916, food was grouped into 5 categories: meat and milk, cereals, vegetables and fruit, fats and fatty foods, and sugar and sugary foods. And in 1921, a guide was set based on these food groups.
Great Depression Causes Major Changes
Once The Great Depression started in the early 1930s, changes were made to help people hit their minimum nutritional requirements to avoid. They expanded the food groups from 5 to 12, encouraging people to eat all the groups weekly to help reduce cost and rationing of food.
The major change happened in 1941. President Franklin Roosevelt called a counsel to release the first, full set of Required Dietary Allowances (RDA).
These RDA’s listed specific recommended intakes for calories and nine essential nutrients, protein, iron, calcium, vitamins A and D, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, and ascorbic acid (vitamin C). Much of this foundation is still in place today: Note, little guidance was provided about the amount of fat and sugar intake.
The Introduction of Food Groups:
A deficiency in the published guideline was the lack of an amount of each food and the complicity of the guidelines. In 1956, a new, simplified guideline was published that focused on the “Big Four” food groups, milk, dairy, vegetables and fruits, and grain products. This guide was focused on getting enough nutrients. But again, enough to avoid ailment, not to optimize health.
In 1979, USDA began addressing the growing risk of chronic diseases. The focus was now on fats, sugars, and sodium. The “Big Four” added a 5th food group: “fats, sweets, and alcoholic beverages.”
With guidelines on nutrients, and guidelines on the Food Groups, the need for a single, consistent guideline was needed by the public.
The First, Formal Dietary Guidelines
The guideline was the first edition of Nutrition and Your Health: Dietary Guidelines for Americans (USDA and DHHS, 1980). The guidelines called for a variety of foods to provide essential nutrients while maintaining recommended body weight and moderating dietary constituents - fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, and sodium - that might be risk factors in certain chronic diseases. However, these guidelines were directional, not quantitative.
Dietary recommendations continued to evolve. The focus of the evolution was on the major factors effecting chronic illness: sugar, fats, and alcoholic beverages. Minimal changes of vegetables were discussed.
Introducing: The Food Pyramid
Although all these guidelines were publicly available, they were not commonly known. In 1992, the Food Pyramid was introduced. This created an easy, visual representation of the Food Groups and the suggested amount of each one.
Yes, the infamous Food Pyramid many of us grew up with was published in 1992. And it largely remained the same for many years to come. This is because the Food Pyramid was made much more publicly available as the internet penetrated the economy and everyday life.
Thankfully, the guidelines have improved over time, especially with the emphasis of more vegetables and fruit. And just as important, the recommendation to minimize sugar intake.
But what’s always been lacking is some guidelines on the amount of each nutrient needed to optimize your health and to live your best and healthiest life.
The answer to all these is yes. And while everyone is different in their needs, we want to talk more about how going above and beyond the USDA RDA can improve your overall health and highlight certain foods that have been shown to help.

]]>With my personality type being “The Advocate,” I had been encouraging friends and family to try it and see how amazing they felt. I want everyone to feel healthy, giving them a massive improvement in their overall well-being, and strength to roll over into other areas of their lives.
As I continued replacing unhealthy versions of foods I love with healthier versions, I noticed there was a gaping hole in the market. There wasn’t a single company who juices were focused on the principles of low sugar and nutrient density. Some had some juices that weren’t sweet, but it was a principle they held.
In August of 2015, the idea of Midwest Juicery came to being. And on May 28, 2016, Midwest Juicery was born.
Our mission is to help you enjoy being healthier.
Midwest Juicery is set out to make Certified Organic, cold-pressed, raw juices that hit the sweet spot, no pun intended, of low sugar, nutrient density, and so delicious you forget it was healthy. Or better yet, enjoy being healthier.
We started off with 4 juices. Since then, our sales, story, marketing efforts, products, and packaging have continued to evolve. But what never changed was our products and our values.
For years, we continued to refine our message to share what it is we are truly about. We wanted to find the perfect way to encapsulate what we do.
Last year, I was talking to a business mentor, and he asked me to explain our value proposition as simply as possible. I told him, “It’s our recipe. Our ratio of each ingredient creates a combination that has the lowest sugar content and highest vitamin and nutrient content in the entire country, all with a delicious flavor that customers love.”
Juice better live better...
explains how our juices not only have no added sugar, but we have the lowest natural sugar content in the US. We simply use a lot of vegetables with little-to-no fruit. A consultant recently told us that the average juice company uses 35% vegetables, 65% fruit. That brought a smile to my face. Midwest Juicery’s flavors that are 100% juice use:
When we tell people that we make juices that are truly as healthy as customers expect in a cold-pressed juice, this is what we mean.
Juice better live better...
The reason we are happy to share that data with you is because of another value that comes this phrase. Midwest Juicery is proud to be the only cold-pressed juice company in the entire US that puts our exact recipe on the bottle. We couldn’t be more proud of our recipe and we stand by the integrity of our recipe. So, we’re happy to share it with you.
We believe in integrity through transparency. We answer any question about our juices, our process, and anything else you want to know. We cut no corners. We have nothing to hide. We’re an open book. We’re a juice you can trust.
Juice better, live better...
explains the importance of vegetables. Still, less than 10% of Americans get their daily vegetable intake (Source: CDC). Ensuring that you consume enough vitamins and nutrients that are bioavailable is essential to overall health. This is why we focus on making juices that are mostly, or entirely vegetables. We’re proud that half of vegetable and fruit blends to be entirely vegetables (plus lemon and ginger). They are All Greens Everything and Beets by Midwest. These 2 vegetable juices get you 4 servings of vegetables in your diet.
Even our 2 juices with a touch of apple only have enough to change the flavor. Green with Envy and 4 Carrot Gold both have only 1 apple in the whole bottle, giving you 3 servings of vegetable sand 1 serving of fruit per bottle.
At Midwest Juicery, we are proud of what we do. We know that we make juices that are truly as healthy as customers want. Customers are all that matter to us. We are honored to serve you and we hope to continue to help you enjoy being healthier.
]]>When I founded Midwest Juicery back in 2016, the goal was to address two of the three major health problems I saw in our country. Those two problems were 1) insufficient vegetable intake, and 2) too much sugar intake.
However, there was a third health problem that I couldn’t truly address with our vegetable juice line. That problem was consumption of foods that cause inflammation. Inflammation is a major factor in many diseases such as Alzheimer’s Disease, cancer, asthma, heart disease, Type II Diabetes, and many more.
New Demand for Wellness Shots
And since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, we learned that our countries’ immune systems could also use a boost. Thankfully, our organic, cold-pressed juices were able to help individuals improve their immune system. Our immune system is linked to many daily vitamin and nutrient intake.
Also, we were lucky to have launched Sippin’ on Ginger Juice at the beginning of 2020. This wonderfully delicious juice, with its great burn, is made with a lot of ingredients that support your immune system. It’s packed with lemon for some Vitamin C, apple cider vinegar and its long list of health benefits, ginger, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. A delicious blend that is great for both inflammation support and immune support.
Since the pandemic, people were looking for more ways to support their immune system. This is where the ginger shots, turmeric shots, and all the other wellness shots began to explode. People learned more about the benefits of ginger and turmeric for their immune system, and they began to get addicted to the burn.
We Listen to Our Customers
At Midwest Juicery, we listen closely to what our customers want. In fact, both All Greens Everything and Sippin’ on Ginger Juice were direct creations of our customer requests. All Greens Everything was because customers wanted a green juice without any sweet fruit. And Sippin’ on Ginger Juice was our answer to customers request of something with a strong ginger burn.
But once the wellness shots began to take off, customers specifically asked us for them. And while we exist to serve our customers and help them enjoy being healthier, we simply couldn’t, in good conscious, make something for customers that isn’t a better value, not to mention, environmentally irresponsible. These wellness shots, while great for you, waste a lot of plastic.
2 Week Tonic Was Born
With these limitations, we were in a tight spot on how to serve our customers. Then one day it dawned on me, why not put multiple shots in 1 bottle. This approach seemed to solve many concerns we have with making shots.
Better Shots
While the shots are great, they’re not cheap. A single, 2oz shot retails for an average of $3.79, some are much higher. And worse, these shots are cut with a lot of sweet fruit. Other companies do this for two reasons. First, sweet fruit like coconut water, orange, pineapple, and apple are much less expensive. But you’re drinking these shots for the good stuff: lemon, ginger, and turmeric. The other reason is to make the 2oz serving more palatable. The question we pondered was, why does it even need to be a 2oz serving if at least half is the sweet fruit?
We decided to make our shots stronger than your average shot. Instead of a 2oz serving, we made our shots a 1oz serving with more of the ingredients you want to support your immune system and reduce inflammation.
Better Value
And by using economies of scale into a single bottle, we’re able to make you the shot you need for a much better value. Our shots will cost between $1.00 - $1.25. That’s almost a 75% savings compared to the average shot price.
In fact, if you never want to miss your daily shot, you can subscribe to our 4 Month Daily Shot Box (with a 150+ day shelf life guaranteed) for less than $1 per shot. And no need to worry about waste. Each bottle has a 28 day shelf life after opening, tested and approved by a food scientist. And with easy line markers on each bottle, you can pour your daily shot with ease!
Click here to shop now and never miss your daily wellness shot.
Less Plastic Waste
At Midwest Juicery, we have a Zero Waste Promise. Nothing we do goes in a landfill. And while we love that our juice bottles are recyclable, we’re always on the hunt for ways to cut down on our materials that are not reusable. If there is any way we can cut down on the raw materials we use, to drive down our costs and provide you with even more value, and to free up raw materials for other uses in our economy, we do so with absolute pleasure.
And even though the shot bottles are recyclable, a shot day means a lot of plastic. That is why our 2 Week Tonic is truly an industry game changer. Not only will you save up to 75% per shot, you’ll also cut your plastic waste down by 75%. Every 2 Week Tonic bottle reduces plastic waste by over 75% compared to single serve shot bottles.
Juice Better, Live Better
2 Week Tonic is the latest addition of our product line to help you enjoy being healthier. We are now proud to be able to support your health with juices that help you consume more vegetables without the unnecessary sugar found in other juices. And now, 2 Week Tonic will help you consume the amazing anti-inflammatory, immune support ingredients: ginger and turmeric.
Enjoy the burn. Enjoy being healthier. Juice better, live better.

]]>Believe it or not, diet plays a significant role in your skin health as what you put on it. The phrase 'you are what you eat' certainly comes to mind.
Protecting your skin from outdoor pollutants and chemicals can be challenging, but what you eat daily makes an even more significant difference. A diet high in sugar and processed foods will likely lead to inflammation, acne, and premature skin aging.
Conversely, a healthy diet rich in antioxidants and healthy fats may provide you with clearer skin and may even prevent skin cancers such as melanoma or carcinoma.
If you want flawless, glowing, vibrant, and younger-looking skin, make sure you're getting these nourishing foods on your plate or conveniently in your juice bottle!
Cucumber - Contains B vitamins like niacin and riboflavin along with vitamin C and zinc, which are vital to maintaining beautiful, glowing skin. Its cooling and hydrating properties help in rejuvenating dull and dry skin.
Find cucumber in All Greens Everything, Green With Envy, Green Light, and Beets by Midwest.
Carrots - The beta carotene in carrots is a skin-friendly nutrient converted to vitamin A inside the body. It helps repair skin tissues while also protecting skin from harmful radiation.
Kale - the lutein found in kale, papaya, and spinach are potent antioxidants necessary for normal skin cell development and healthy skin tone.
Find carrots in 4 Carrot Gold and Beets by Midwest and find Kale in All Greens Everything.
Tomatoes - the Lycopene in tomatoes helps prevent skin discoloration, texture changes, and fine lines and wrinkles.
Find tomato in our latest juice Holy Tom-8-O
In addition to nutrient-rich antioxidants and polyphenols found in vegetables, you'll also want to incorporate healthy fats into your daily diet.
When you eat healthy fats and oils that contain omega-3 fatty acids, you will significantly impact the health of your skin. These fats are found in olive oil, coconut oil, fish like salmon and tuna, avocado, and nuts.
By consuming these fats regularly, along with healthy proteins, you will help to boost collagen production in your skin. By increasing your skin’s collagen production, your skin will stay smooth and supple, which will aid in premature wrinkles and skin sagging prevention.
Swapping out synthetic vitamins for bio-available nutrients in our organic juices will ensure you're not only hitting your daily vegetable intake, but your body is absorbing the nutrients with 40% less sugar in our juices!
Why is organic best? Because produce sprayed with pesticides such as glyphosate is correlated with an increased risk of cancer, reproductive issues, endocrine disruption, liver and kidney damage, congenital disabilities, and more.

Spring has sprung!
And while we couldn't be more ecstatic that warm, sunny days and blooming flowers are on the way, we also know that spring season can erupt pollen through the air across much of the Midwest and South East.
Rather than resorting to Benadryl or nasal sprays to ease your symptoms, we think it's a better idea to incorporate anti-inflammatory foods into your daily diet designed to reduce respiratory irritation and minimize swelling from hay fever or allergic rhinitis.
Did you know certain foods could actually help relieve symptoms like nose-dripping and eye-watering, shorten the duration of allergic reactions, help ease the discomfort of nasal swelling and boost the immune system in the process?
Ginger
Many unpleasant allergy symptoms come from inflammatory issues, like irritation and swelling in the nasal passages, eyes, and throat. Ginger can help reduce these symptoms naturally due to its anti-inflammatory effects. "A 2016 animal study showed ginger suppressed production of certain cytokines that cause mast cell activation, thereby leading to prevention and alleviation of allergic rhinitis symptoms" says Stacey Galowitz, an allergist/immunologist at ENT & Allergy Associates in Somerset, New Jersey.
Turmeric
Turmeric is well-known as an anti-inflammatory powerhouse for a good reason. Its active ingredient, curcumin, has been linked to reduced symptoms of many inflammation-driven diseases and could help minimize the swelling and irritation caused by allergic rhinitis.
A 2016 study published in Annals of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology showed an improvement in nasal airflow and a positive effect on immune response in patients who took curcumin for allergic rhinitis.
Citrus
It might be an old wives’ tale that vitamin C prevents the common cold, but evidence shows it may help shorten the duration of a cold as well as offer benefits for allergy sufferers. Consuming foods high in Vitamin C has been shown to decrease allergic rhinitis, the irritation of the upper respiratory tract caused by pollen from blooming plants.
Tomatoes
Though citrus tends to receive all the glory when it comes to vitamin C, tomatoes (and leafy greens) are another excellent source of this essential nutrient. Additionally, tomatoes contain lycopene, another antioxidant compound that helps ease inflammation.
For the highest concentrations of these superfoods, consider our line of high-quality, organic, cold-pressed juices bursting with immune-boosting antioxidants and anti-inflammatory nutrients! If you're an allergy sufferer, we suggest incorporating any or all of these juices:

To make things even more challenging, it can be difficult to consume the daily-recommended serving of fruits and vegetables everyday.

From farm to bottle, Midwest Juicery provides you with a delicious, 100% organic, cold-pressed juice to make hitting your daily vegetable requirement a whole lot easier without the insulin spike.

During the cold winter season, we tend to lack the vibrant energy we have in the summer months. In addition, our bodies can feel run down from more frigid temperatures and lack of sunlight. Add in stuffy, runny noses, sore throats, and a fever, and we’d rather crawl back under the blanket with a bottle of Theraflu.
It is imperative to give our bodies permission to rest and recover at the onset of sickness, especially if we run a fever. This is our body’s way of fighting off foreign invaders.
While, in some cases, these over-the-counter meds may help temporarily, we think you’re better off nourishing yourself with nutrient-dense, energy-boosting foods and lots of fluids in the form of tea, broths, and juices to nurse yourself back to health.
Sticking to a healthy regimen while sick will ensure that you bounce back quicker and return to normal energy levels.
This blog will cover the myriad of ways to boost your energy after a cold or flu and what foods can help in the process.
You might think there are some shortcuts to getting better faster, but we encourage you to slow down and take your time. That to-do list and packed schedule can and should wait. So clear your calendar for a few days. Make a list of all the things you need to postpone or cancel so you can get that out of the way and recover stress-free.
Put your phone on do not disturb if you have to so you can focus on good quality sleep, nourishment, and hydration. Blue light from screens causes strain and fatigue, which depletes the little energy you have and need for healing. So the more uninterrupted time you give yourself, the quicker you will get better. However, if you try to rush things, you could prolong it and get worse.
It is imperative to give your body proper hydration when sick. Herbal teas, electrolyte drinks such as coconut water, broths, and soups provide the body with hydration, herbs, and minerals that will help aid in recovery, especially if you lose your appetite or have a fever. Plain water also helps flush mucus, bacteria, germs, and other toxins from your system so your body can focus on getting well. Another option is to add a squeeze of lemon or sea salt for extra minerals.
You might be wondering, when should I start exercising again after being sick? After a few days of good quality sleep, you can start gently moving your body again. Maybe some stretching, yoga, or short walks in the sunshine. Exercise creates a demand for energy, so your body will start naturally producing it. But don’t push too hard and listen to your body. You’ll also want to make sure you’re adequately hydrated and consuming some nutrient-dense foods to replenish your energy.
First, let’s talk about what foods to avoid when sick, such as alcohol and caffeine, which lead to dehydration, processed foods devoid of nutrients, carb-heavy foods that will zap your energy, and anything too hard or jagged if you have strep or a sore throat.
Several foods are very nourishing to eat when sick, and many others help you recover quicker and bounce back with more energy, and when added to your daily diet will help prevent sickness in the first place!
There is a reason chicken soup tops the list. The nourishing broth in chicken soup contains collagen, and the chicken itself has protein necessary for building and repairing tissue. Add some veggies such as carrot and celery for additional vitamins and ginger, turmeric and garlic for anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.
We should always aim to eat the rainbow but, more importantly, when recovering from illness. Many people will opt for synthetic vitamins as a substitute. We recently discovered that most vitamins on the market are made artificially and isolated, which means they don’t have the same transporters as vitamins and nutrients found in fresh, whole foods. In large doses, they can sometimes do more harm than good.
Aim to eat various brightly colored vegetables such as greens, berries, citrus, carrots, bell peppers, beets, etc. It is probably a good idea to eat vegetables fully cooked and opt for soft fruits such as banana, mango, papaya or even applesauce. Eating a multitude of vegetables will ensure you are giving your body what it needs to fight infection and heal properly with a wide variety of nutrients, antioxidants, enzymes, and polyphenols that are 100% usable by the body.
And since you may or may not have the best appetite, you can opt for nutrient-dense juices such as our line of cold-pressed juices. Our juices are created to flood your body with all of the nutrients needed to boost your immune system and help you regain your energy back.
The most commonly known vitamin C-rich foods are citrus fruits like orange, lemon, and grapefruit. However, some people can’t ingest large amounts of citrus as it can be acidic to the stomach. Other fruits with vitamin C are strawberries and papaya. However, consider that many green leafy vegetables are also bursting with vitamin C, such as kale, collard greens, cabbage, and swiss chard.
Here at Midwest Juicery, we combine the rainbow of vegetables bursting with vitamins and antioxidants with a touch of fruit to keep sugar low and other ingredients such as ginger and turmeric for its anti-inflammatory properties.
Some of our more popular juices designed to bounce back from illness and boost your energy are All Greens Everything, Beets By Midwest which can be found in our I’m Rooted Juice Variety Pack along with 4 Carrot Gold and Sippin’ On Ginger Juice.
What makes our juices superior?

Read on to learn about the three superfoods you need to include in your diet for immunity this winter season!
]]>Many people fall into the misconception that they can just take vitamin capsules in place of natural nutrients from whole food sources such as immune-boosting fruits and vegetables.
It may come as a surprise to many people, but most supplements on the market today are made artificially.
These synthetic vitamins are also isolated, which means they don't have the necessary transporters that nutrients found in nature do for optimal health.
Synthetic vitamins do not contain the same vital nutrients as whole foods, such as other vitamins, minerals, co-factors, enzymes, flavonoids, and polyphenols, a type of phytochemical and compound with antioxidant properties.
Antioxidants are another nutrient proven to do more harm than good when taken in pill form. Excessive intake or an overload of isolated antioxidants can have toxic effects and may even promote oxidative damage — a phenomenon termed the "antioxidant paradox."
So far, there is not much evidence to support the bio-availability of synthetic vitamins and antioxidants compared to nutrients from natural sources found in a wide variety of whole foods and fresh juices.
Our bodies are constantly exposed to potentially harmful pathogens and microbes every day. Our immune system is an intricate network of pathways inside the body to protect and fight off foreign invaders, including certain diseases. It recognizes these invaders as harmful and takes immediate action.
Suppose the body is operating at a less than optimal state due to a poor inflammatory diet, combined with high levels of stress or a long-term sedentary lifestyle. In that case, the immune system is likely weakened and unable to fight off infection or disease.
No single food source is going to be a magic pill when you're sick, which is why it's essential to include a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables to ensure you bounce back quickly from an illness.
Since we now know that natural nutrients are superior to vitamins in pill form, let's explore some of the top fruits and vegetables to keep in your regular rotation to ensure that your immune system is strong and healthy.
Making this a lifestyle change in the long-term will strengthen your immune system and ward off any infections from colds, viruses, bacteria, or parasites now and in the future!
Citrus fruits such as lemons, limes, oranges, and grapefruit are loaded with immune-boosting vitamin C. Vitamin C boosts white blood cells, vital in fighting off infection. Leafy greens also contain a substantial amount of vitamin C. Since Midwest Juicery juices contain 40% less sugar than leading brands, you have a variety of juices to choose from to hit your daily vitamin C!
You can find lemon featured in all of our juices such as Lava Lemonade, Sippin' On Ginger Juice, 4 Carrot Gold, All Greens Everything, Green With Envy, Green Light, and Beets By Midwest, and of course, greens are found in all of our green juices.
Ginger root is high in gingerol, a potent superfood with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. When our immune system is under attack, it starts a process of inflammation for healing. Consuming ginger can reduce inflammatory illnesses and sore throats.
Ginger is the star in our Sippin' on Ginger Juice, and a touch can be found in 4 Carrot Gold, Beets by Midwest, and All Greens Everything.
Everyone knows an apple a day keeps the doctor away! And we're here to tell you that it is 100% true. Apple's are a rich source of polyphenols and contain 10% of your daily recommended vitamin C.
However, the quercetin found in the skin is the true star here. Apple skin contains quercetin, a type of flavonoid that reduces inflammation and boosts your immune system. So make sure you're incorporating whole fresh fruit, including the skin, daily! Juices are an excellent complement to a healthy lifestyle; however, we also encourage you to eat your fruit for gut-friendly fiber.
Consuming apple cider vinegar (ACV) has been thought to help prevent respiratory infections and boost immunity when taken regularly. Additionally, ACV is rich in polyphenols, which could help reduce cold and flu symptoms.
ACV is the star in Sippin’ on Ginger Juice
Whether you are currently fighting an infection or you want to set yourself up for a healthy year to prevent sickness for you and your family, consider incorporating the rainbow of fruits and vegetables into your diet with a combination of whole, fresh and cold-pressed juices.
At Midwest Juicery, we offer a wide variety of cold-pressed juices packed with vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and antioxidants to meet all of your health and wellness needs, with 40% less sugar!
It is also important to note that while diet plays a vital role in boosting immunity and overall health, let's not forget to mention it is just one piece of the healthy lifestyle puzzle. Don't forget to include daily exercise, good quality sleep, reduction in stress, and sunshine.
When you incorporate Midwest Juicery's high quality, USDA organic, cold-pressed juices into a long-term healthy lifestyle, you can be sure that you will be on your way to increased energy, vitality, a reduction in seasonal illnesses and prevention of certain diseases.
But don't take our word for it!

]]>With the holidays behind us, we may have indulged a bit too much on grandma’s pies, without the guilt, of course. Or you might be feeling low energy, brain fog, and overall sluggish from one too many alcoholic beverages. However, with 2022 in full swing, now is an excellent opportunity to do a juice cleanse to start the new year off on the right foot!
Good health is based on consuming nutrient-dense fruits and vegetables regularly, especially in times such as these where we are potentially faced with life-threatening viruses and illnesses. It has never been a better time to invest in your health, so we can lessen the risk of trips to the hospital or reliance on pharmaceuticals.
A juice cleanse is a great way to kickstart your health journey and continue incorporating our fresh, cold-pressed juices as part of a healthy lifestyle. We also suggest focusing on a balanced diet of whole foods, daily exercise, good quality sleep, and minimizing stress to set yourself up for a life full of boundless energy and vitality for years to come.
This guide will cover what to expect with a juice cleanse, the benefits, the do’s and don’ts of plant-based cleansing, and which of our juices at Midwest Juicery are designed to help you get the most out of your first juice cleanse.
Before getting started, it is important to note that you should always consult with your physician before embarking on any type of juice cleanse. Disclaimer: this is not medical advice.
Whether you are doing a five-day, three-day, or two-day cleanse, it is essential to incorporate these steps before and during your cleanse. As someone just starting, we recommend the 2-Day Juice Cleanse first to ease your body into detoxification.
In the days leading up to your cleanse, you can start by eating light and clean plant-based meals and beginning the elimination process of everything mentioned above to prime your body. Always incorporate lots of water and rest before, during, and after.
Slow is best to ease your body into the detoxification process. As mentioned, for your first time, we recommend the two-day cleanse, and then every six months or a year, you can extend to a three or five-day cleanse. If you have low blood sugar or can’t go for long periods without food, we recommend our 3 Day Digestive Detox: Organic Juice & Plant-Based Meal Kit. This cleanse incorporates small meals in addition to juice.
You may suffer from detox symptoms your first time around which is why we suggest prioritizing rest to allow your body to recover. If for any reason you are feeling weak or light-headed, then you might want to consider adding in some whole foods such as greens like celery, cucumber, lettuce, spinach, or kale, low sugar fruits, half an avocado, or a handful of raw nuts with salt to balance out your sodium. If the symptoms persist, you may want to put the cleanse off to a later date. As always, listen to your body.
The most common schedule is to drink a juice every 2-3 hours totaling six juices per day. However, following the rule of thumb to listen to your body, you should drink your juice when you feel hungry. Our Cleanse Packs provide you with six types of juice, with two bottles each for a total of 12 bottles. Remember to stay hydrated drinking lots of water and rest as often as needed.
Once your cleansing window is complete, it is best to start light on solid foods. Start incorporating whole, easily digestible foods into your daily diet with various protein, carbs, fiber, greens, healthy fats, iron, and keep your sugar low.
There is no big secret other than making your new way of eating a lifestyle and not a short-term solution. Following the 80/20 rule will ensure that it is sustainable and you don’t veer too far off track.
Our Cleanse Packs include 14 servings of vegetables, three servings of fruit, and lots of ginger, turmeric + black pepper, lemons, and cayenne pepper, each day of the cleanse.
All of our Cleanse Packs include the following. 2 Day Cleanse packs come with 12 bottles of juice. Our 3 Day cleanse includes 18 bottles of juice and 5 Day cleanse includes 30 bottles of juice.
Carrots are very high in Vitamin A, they lower blood pressure and support eye health. Lemons are high in Vitamin C, helps prevent kidney stones, improves digestive health. Ginger is anti-inflammatory, supports digestive health, and helps lower cholesterol.

]]>Beets are commonly associated with a dirt flavor. And that’s sort of true. They’re a root vegetable, meaning they grow underground. Because of that, sourcing organic is very important because the soil health plays such a huge role. Now to the wonderful benefits of beets. We could write 100 pages on all the benefits, but we’ll remove the dirt and keep it short, just sweet enough, and nutritious for your brain. Kind of like beet juice.
1 - Support Healthy Blood Pressure Levels
Heart disease is the leading killer in the United States, even more than cancer. High blood pressure is leading risk factors of heart disease. The better your blood pressure is kept in check, all else equal, the less likely you are to have heart issues.
The reason beets have been shown to lower blood pressure is because of their high dietary nitrates, which are converted to nitric oxide. Nitric oxide pumps oxygen through your blood vessels more effectively, resulting in lower blood pressure.
2 - Fantastic Pre-Workout
Keeping in line with the nitric oxide benefits, it also serves as an incredible pre-work out. The oxygen being pumped through your blood vessels efficiently, 20% more, requires less oxygen through breathing during medium or high intensity workouts. Therefore, you can work out harder without feeling like it. Have some beets 1-2 hours before your workout and you may feel the workout to be a bit easier. Now drink some beets and go crush a work out!
3 - May Support Fighting Inflammation
Being under chronic inflammation is one of the leading causes of nearly all diseases. Eating foods that fight inflammation is crucial to your overall health. Betalains, the pigment that makes beets red, has been shown in rat studies to reduce inflammation. Couple it with other anti-inflammatory foods, such as carrots and ginger, and you’re doing your body so much good!
4- Strength Your Immune System
Beets are absolutely full of amazing vitamins and nutrients, which have been shown to strength your immune system. Vitamin A, Vitamin C, zinc, and copper are some of the most abundant vitamins and nutrients in beets!
5- Can Support Liver Cleansing
We hear people tell us all the time they want to cleanse and detox. What’s amazing about the human body is that it is constantly cleansing and detoxing you from heavy metals and other foreign organisms. That charge is led by your kidneys and liver. Eating foods that are effective at cleaning your liver and kidney is the best and most sustainable way to detox.
Beets are loaded with betaines which helps eliminate toxins from your liver. The iron, antioxidants, betaine, and vitamin B in beets also support a healthy liver.

So fresh, light, and delicious these cold-pressed juices are just the ticket for a healthier-for-you drink. What constitutes as ‘healthy’? There are so many different ideas and opinions around what a healthy food or drink is. I like to keep it simple and think any healthy food or drink is a nutrient dense, whole food, with minimal sugar, and minimally processed. No need to overcomplicate things really, a healthy option can be what you feel will fuel your body the best to bring you optimal health and wellness. Cold-pressed juice made from predominantly farm fresh vegetables with a little apple added as a sweetener, contain 40% less sugar than other cold-pressed juices. Consuming less sugar will boost your health and wellness for sure!
With several flavors to choose from, you’re sure to find one (or three or four) juices that will quickly become your favorite. Packed full of nutrient-dense vegetables (with a select handful of fruit) organically grown on family-run farms from mainly Michigan and Wisconsin, the bottles of pure juice are light, refreshing, and the epitome of healthy in my opinion. As you can see in the photos below, these are bold colorful drinks and trust me when I say the flavor is just as spectacular!

There are so many ways to enjoy a cold-pressed juice that has just arrived fresh and cold from Midwest Juicery.
“Midwest Juicery is proud to have 40% less sugar than all other juices in the US. And all of our vegetable and fruit juices are at least 50% vegetables. We truly want to help our communities solve 2 massive health issues: 1) keeping your sugar intake under control and 2) hitting your daily vegetable intake.
Cold pressing uses two metal plates to crush and press the produce which creates little to no friction, resulting in a much more nutrient and enzyme rich juice. And without any heat, it also maintain the fresh, delicious flavor of the raw produce. Cold-pressing is important for crafting the highest quality juice. That’s what Midwest Juicery uses.” – Midwest Juicery

Our mission is to help you enjoy being healthier.
The New Year is as great as time as any to kickstart some healthier habits. Whatever your goals are, there is one truth we can all agree on:
Here are some easy tips for better health in 2021, and hopefully forever!
1 - If you want to avoid it, keep it out of the house:
Unfortunately, a lot of junk food is delicious. Big companies have high paid food scientists whose job is to make their food incredibly tasty. But we know it's not good for us. Sure, if we have it once in a while, no biggie. But we know we feel and perform best when we eat a nutrient dense, whole food meal. To avoid unhealthy food, the easiest and most effective way is to keep it out of the house.
2 - Plan ahead when time is tight:
Image: you woke up late, you're running behind, or forgot how busy of a day you have.
When time is tight, that's when it's easiest to pick the fastest option. Whether it's fast food, something from the vending machine, or something a friend has available, time wins. Hey, we get it. Life happens. But when it happens, you'll be ready! Plan ahead by stocking your house, car, and even backpack or purse with healthy, delicious food.
Some of the products we love and suggest are: Perfect Bars, Cure Bars, Siete Foods, Simple Mills, nuts, fresh and dried food, and of course, Midwest Juicery. Find foods that are whole, nutrient dense, and low in sugar.
3 - If you want it, eat it. The goal is to NOT want it:
I received this advice from a friend when I started my healthy lifestyle. And it's been the best advice I've ever heard about improving your diet.
Understand that any lifestyle changes aren't going to happen over night. And they won't be perfect. Nor should they. Whatever food you love that doesn't fit into your goals, it's okay to enjoy them. We call them "sometimes foods." If you see over time that you don't want them anymore, great. If you still love them (like I do with pastries), enjoy them.
Consistency over the long run is better than perfection over the short run.
We hope these tips help. Stay well, friends.
]]>Our mission is to help you enjoy being healthier. We want you to feel that joy of health.
And wow have we felt that joy in our communities. When we talk about our low sugar content and see people’s eyes light up, it brings joy to my heart. And when I see the amazing reactions to the delicious flavors, my heart nearly explodes. The feedback I’ve gotten has exceeded my wildest expectations.
We’re proud to have an amazing flavor juice with 25% less sugar than all comparable juices and with a flavor that you’ll love. Well today, we’re excited to announce some big changes for the better. The low sugar “trend” isn’t really a trend. It’s the new norm. So we’re doubling down on our belief of low sugar and great flavor.
We raised our standards and lowered our sugar. The best just got better.
Starting in January, we will be launching a new, 12oz line to replace our 16oz bottles. There are so many changes we’re making, all for the better, and we’re so excited to show you. Here’s what’s not changing:
Here’s a quick rundown of the changes for the better.
We’ll share more information soon. We can’t wait for you to try them and tell us what you think!
]]>People often ask me for my thoughts on juicing. Like most things, there’s a good and a bad way of doing it. Midwest Juicery does juicing right. Their juices focus on quality, flavor and nutrition.
Juice can absolutely have a place in a healthy diet. Juices flush the body with quick and easily digestible nutrients. Unfortunately, most juices are very high in sugar, making them an unhealthy choice. Midwest Juicery is the lowest sugar juice line in the country. What does this mean? This means their juice is packed with energizing vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and vegetables while still tasting delicious. I definitely recommend low-sugar juices as an easy way to add extra vegetables to your diet.
I love starting my day with their ‘All Greens Everything’ juice for a boost of energy and serious immune system support. I’m also a big fan of their ‘Lava Lemonade’ for a cleansing dose of Vitamin C. Cheers!

]]>We want you to want to choose better so you can live a better life. Sure, we want you to buy our juices because they're lower in sugar and higher in flavor, but you can't drink juice all day. Ideally, you should eat whole foods for the vast majority of your consumption. However, we all get busy and when time is tight, our options are limited. But there are ways to be healthy when you're busy.
A Resource For You:
We aspire to be a resource for you to find delicious, healthy products to enjoy on the go. Every month, we are going to feature an awesome company: ones that are healthy, low in sugar, and absolutely delicious.
Our next health company we want to share is CURE. On their website, they state:
"CURE strives to promote health and wellness by creating products that make you feel good and do better."
Now that's something we can get down with. Cure specializing in creating the highest quality Black Seed Bars. They go on:
"The Black Seed is an ancient medicinal remedy that has been used in different cultures for centuries. It has immense health benefits that are almost too many to count. We wanted to make it easy for YOU to eat Black Seed, so we created The CURE Bar."
They're right; black seed is incredible for you. If King Tut had it in his tomb, that has to be worth something. Maybe. But if that wasn't enough, there's much more. Cue Billy Mays.
According to Dr. Andrew Weil, "black seeds have been used to treat headaches, toothaches, asthma, arthritis, infections and parasites, and many other ailments. More recently they have been promoted for treatment of diabetes, asthma and high blood pressure. Black seed oil is occasionally recommended for treatment of skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis as well as various digestive problems."
CURE has created an amazingly healthy and delicious bar. Slightly sweetened with honey, which keeps the sugar low, all 3 flavors are gluten free and non-GMO. Their 3 flavors are Coconut Cashew, Roasted Almond Honey, and Peanut. My personal favorite is the Roasted Almond Honey. It has a fantastic texture, a balanced flavor, and will quench your sweet tooth without a lot sugar.
Not only do they create a delicious, healthy bar, CURE is doing some great philanthropic work. Part of their mission is to "GET & GIVE".
That's one impressive company. We love CURE for everything they stand for. Check out their video on AJ+ and be sure to find them at many grocery stores, health food stores, and coffee shops near you!
]]>A Resource For You:
We aspire to be a resource for you to find delicious, healthy products to enjoy on the go. Every month, we are going to feature an awesome company: ones that are healthy, low in sugar, and absolutely delicious.
Our first health company we want to share is Simple Mills. On their website, they state:
"Simple Mills enriches lives and bodies through simple, delicious, real foods. We strive to make healthful choices easy by offering food that tastes great in the moment and nourishes your body for the long-term."
And that's exactly what we stand for as well! We love all of Simple Mills products. All of their products are made with real, unprocessed ingredients, and they're all gluten-free, paleo, and most are vegan, if you're into any of those lifestyle diets. We especially love their Almond Flour Crackers. They're made with a Nut and Seed Flour Blend (Almonds, Sunflower Seeds, Flax), Tapioca, and Cassava.
We love these ingredients for two reasons. First, they don't contain gluten, which is important for gut health. Gluten is very disruptive to your gut health, a cornerstone to a healthy life. Second, they're nutritious ingredients, not empty carbs like most grain based flours tend to be. Almonds, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds are way lower in carbs, high in Vitamin E, healthy fats, and a decent source of protein.
And most importantly, the entire box has less than 4g of sugar. I particularly love the Sun-Dried Tomato and Basil flavor. But they're all delicious.
Give them a try and support a fellow, Midwest company.
]]>That’s why I created Midwest Juicery. People are starting to be more focused on their health these days, and I wanted to create a product that lives up to your high standards. Below is some quick and easy information to keep in mind when purchasing a juice:
Juicer Type:
There are many juicers on the market. The most common juicing approach is to use a centrifugal juicing where there is a metal blade that spins at high speeds. The pros to this approach is that it’s quick an easy. The cons is that the high speeds cause friction that heats the produce, destroying many enzymes. It also oxidizes the produce, reducing the nutrients.
We always cold-press our juices. But honestly, it’s not a make or break part. If you juice at home with a centrifugal juice, that’s great and keep at it!
Pasteurization:
This is one of the more important parts of the juicing process: how potential bacteria is killed and the shelf life is extended. Some companies at nasty chemicals and preservatives. Thankfully, those are rarely perceived as healthy.
Most companies use heat pasteurization. This is where the whole ingredients are exposed to high levels of heat. There are a few problems with this method. First, the heat alters the flavor and the juice no longer tastes fresh and delicious. Second, because the whole ingredients are heated and then juiced and bottled, there is a risk of recontamination because the ingredients are still in open air. And most importantly, the heat kills the enzymes which help you absorb the nutrients, and cause high levels of oxidation, killing nearly all the vitamins and nutrients.
At Midwest Juicery, we use high pressure pasteurization (HPP). After the produce is cold-pressed and bottle, it uses high levels of pressure (87,000 psi) to crush the bacteria and extend the shelf life. HPP has none the drawbacks of heath pasteurization: there is no heat involved, maintaining the fresh, delicious flavor. The pressure is applied after bottling, so there is no risk of recontamination. And lastly, pressure does not kill any enzymes, vitamins, or nutrients, ensuring a healthy and delicious juice throughout the shelf life.

In my opinion, this part a very important part of the juicing process: what you put in your juice. It is becoming more known that excessive sugar in your diet has very serious health consequences. Granted, most juice sugar source is natural sugar, coming from the fruits and vegetables. However, even this can be rough on your body. Without the fiber, the liquid sugar is very hard for your liver to digest. It will usually spike your insulin and give you a sugar crash. Now keep in mind, all juices have some sugar in them. It comes down to a tradeoff: is the sugar content worth the nutrients? In our opinion, it’s usually not. All juices should be predominantly vegetables, and just enough fruit to sweeten, to get the most bang for your sugar buck. That’s why we are proud to have the line of lowest sugar juices on the market. Midwest Juicery has 20% - 90% less sugar than almost any juice on the market.
In summary, the best juice is one that is cold-pressed, organic (oh yeah, we’re certified organic from local, Midwest farmers), not pasteurized, and with all or almost entirely vegetables. It is the healthiest, tastiest product on the market. Juice better, live better. Your body and tongue will thank you.
]]>When I was a kid, I drank a lot of pop. On long nights with friends and family, I would easily drink three to four cans of Pepsi. Afterwards, my stomach would hurt. I felt bloated and lethargic. Yet, those side effects didn’t stop me from opening up another can. As I got older (and a little bit wiser wiser), I realized I would have that same feeling after even one Pepsi and it was because of all of the sugar in that can. That realization is what convinced me to not only stop drinking pop, but to stop drinking all sugary drinks.
Six years ago, I became more conscious of what I consumed, cutting out all grains and sugar from my diet, and I rarely cheated. I feel so much better. I still love the feeling all these years later. The reason I still love my lifestyle, and don’t ever foresee myself changing, is because I enjoy the heck out of it! I cook multiple meals per day from scratch and am always searching for new delicious recipes.
What I missed the most was juices and smoothies. Smoothies made outside the house were always too sweet for my liking, so I made them at home. It’s an easy fix.
The bigger problem was juices. Nearly everything on the shelf was terribly unhealthy, pasteurized, and not organic. If I was lucky enough to find something that was unpasteurized and organic, it had way too much sugar. Regardless if they were portraying themselves as fruit juices, or trying to be a green juice, they almost always had too much sugar.
One day, a lightbulb went off. When I was on vacation, I went into an organic, cold-pressed juice bar and had an absolutely delicious juice that was organic, not pasteurized and not sweet. It was at that moment I realized there was a solution to my juice problem: create an organic, cold-pressed juice that is low in sugar, and high in flavor. My plan was to open a cold-pressed juice bar in Toledo, Ohio where I live. But then I realized that only solved the problem for people in my city. I knew the problem with the commercial juicing industry was an issue nationwide. The negative effects of excessive sugar in our diet kept getting louder.
I was hesitant to go the wholesale route because I didn’t want to pasteurize the juices. When you heat up juice, it kills the enzymes and greatly reduces its nutritional value. Simply stated it’s just not a healthy product. After more research, I came across high-pressure processing (HPP). HPP is a relatively new technology that uses pressure, instead of heat, to kill bacteria and extend the shelf life of a juice. You get raw juice full of nutrients that lasts weeks instead of days.
It took time, but everything I needed to start Midwest Juicery was finally in line. I proceeded to carefully craft our recipes to be lower in sugar and higher in flavor. Our juices have 20%-90% less sugar than most juices on the market. We do that by using 2 pounds of USDA Organic produce, sourcing as much as possible directly from small famers in the Midwest, and go heavy on the vegetables and light on the apples to sweeten.
We believe that investing in your health pays dividends throughout your life. And if you make better choices, you will live better. And those choices can be ones that you absolutely love.
Juices low in sugar can be delicious. And I aspire to show you exactly that. Because investing in your health pays dividends throughout your life. And if you can cut more sugar out of your diet, you will feel better today and in the long run.
We hope you’ll give us a try and make Midwest Juicery a part of your lifestyle diet.
